K-A-R-M-A

How to top up your Karma and make people happy:

Fundraise! Look like an idiot but for a good cause this time. It’s very rewarding. I’ve dressed up in a pink tutu and wig combo and (attempted) to run 5k for Cancer Research UK. Race for life is a good one, I managed to raise £91.00.If your not fit enough, you can always take a casual stroll whilst bringing in the cash for charities; there’s the BRMB WALKATHON 2011, you should come and join me! The more outrageous you look the better…

Charity Shopping! Charity shopping is a great way of getting some retail therapy whilst helping others. You can discover some great finds at you local store for a fraction of the cost at the big chain brands.

Help Old People! Talk your elderly neighbours, help a granny with her shopping (make sure you let her know beforehand) walk their dogs, cut their grass. A small act of kindness will really cheer them up!

Give Compliments! Just by telling someone they look nice today can really boost a person’s confidence.

Show your parents some affection! Giving your parents a hug/kiss is very sweet and has bonus points on the karma scale. Also scaring the bejesus out of them is priceless.

Donate regularly! You can donate as little as £2 a month to most charities and all of the money goes towards finding cures, helping children and saving puppies and kittens. Who could resist? For the same price as buying Happy Meal you could actually make someone happy by donating. Try Cancer Research

Bake Cakes! Everyone loves cakes and you could be feeding your karma by baking cakes for all! Very Berry, Chocolate and Vanilla are top favourites. Cookies are also acceptable. Points deducted if cakes are burned, horrible or cause a very bad tummy.

If all else fails, become super kawaii and form a perky little J-Pop band!

Can I just buy the poor people a happy meal instead? I'll let them keep the toy! Honest!!
