Finally a new decent post by me.
HURRAR!
Well I say decent...
Anyway
I watched Scream 4 last week and tbh although it was good it was quick, predictable and pretty much the same as the other three. None the less I enjoyed it. Maybe thats because im biased and love the scream films or it was just a good film. The killings happened pretty much right away and the ending (for me) wasnt really a big build up. I had to watch the film online as the mrs wouldnt come see it with me :( I do intend to buy it though on dvd which when I know im going to buy it, I know its a good film.
I also saw THOR today. This film I wasnt all that excited about. The main reason I wanted to see it was because of the big build up that is spiralling out towards the Avengers. I enjoyed it mainly because it was funny however I found it boring in parts and it seemed to drag a bit. I think the writers found it difficult to come up with a decent story so it was the old Jealousy over the thrown between two brothers. You thing we see everyday between Will and Harry. They fight, the brawl, one uses a giant happen to take down buckingham palace the other sends in terrorists.
So on with the main point.
2011 is one big year for FILMS!!! :D YAY
Being a huge, HUGE. HUGE MASSIVE BIG FAT FILM FAN!!!!
I am actually impressed with the amount of good films coming out this year.
We have:
Pirates of the caribbean: On Stranger Tides.
Transformers: Dark of the moon.
Cars 2. (I havent seen the first one yet)
The Green Lantern.
Captain America.
The Hang Over 2.
Sherlock Holmes 2
Super 8.
Cowboys and aliens.
Harry Potter 7 part 2
Xmen First class and
Immortals.
However this year has already brought us:
Sucker Punch
Battle Los Angeles
Paul
Tangled
etc etc
I am actually so glad that this year is bursting with decent movies. I really cannot wait to see Harry Potter 8 part 2 and Cowboys and Aliens.
Pirates of the Caribbean isnt a big one for me though : ( Being a huge fan of the first 3, this one just isnt jumping out at me....yet. I will go and see it though and hopefully be all smiles afterwards. The same goes for Transformers 3.
Now the films I really couldnt care less about are The Hangover 2 and Breaking Dawn. BOOOOOOOOOOOOO ROBERT PATTISONS FACE. These films just don't appeal : /
The thing I love more about this years film however is the fact next years will be even better for example: The avengers, Silent Hill: Revelations, Resident Evil 5 and and ANDDDDDD Monsters Inc 2!!!!!!!!!!!!! YAYAYYAYAYAAYAYAYAYAAYAYYAYAYAYAYYA
I cannot wait for those 4 films or to be honest I cannot wait for their trailers to pop up online. I think Silent Hill: Revelation is the biggest one I am looking forward to. The first film is probs the best Game to film adaptation I have seen in a long time. The only downfall is the the fact 2 of the producers for the Resident Evil films are helping to make this. They ruin Silent Hill and ill find out where they live and shit on their kids.
I think thats about it for now. My blog was more of a list :P but still.
