Mothers Day

With Mothers Day less than a month away (Sunday 18th March) now is the time to start planning early a special something for the most important woman in your life!

Flowers - order flowers to show your Mother you care. A gorgeous bouquet can be ordered on-line for as little as £9.99! Why not try Seranata Flowers...

Chocolates - let your mother indulge in a wonderful selection of chocolates! Thorntons has the best chocolates in my opinion and with gifts as low as £1, you can afford to get yourself a treat too...

Meal - treat your mother to a home cooked meal that she doesnt have to cook! If your stuck for ideas look at my Easy & Delicious meals that I have tried and tested!

Card Don't forget to get her a card with a heartfelt message inside...

Extra Special Mom

Mom, you’ve always been the best
A better mom than all the rest.
I’m thankful for all the things you do
I’m glad my mom is extra special you!

On Mother’s Day, I want you to know
You’re the greatest mom, and I love you so.
There’s one more thing I want to say:
I wish you Happy Mother’s Day!

 Lessons from Momma made me laugh...

I love you;
You love me
I like you without your weave;
You’re my bald headed mother.
There’s no reason to deceive
I with a belt, what you can achieve.
You always said, “f_ _ __ what others believe.”
I never doubted I could succeed
Momma you taught me so much -
The back of your hand.
Damn, did that hurt!
Yet you also taught me so much more
Like not to eat food off the floor.
When you kicked daddy out,
You said love don’t bill no bills
And quickly deleted his name from you will.
At least you were nice to me and strangers you met
“Thank the Lord God,” you said,
“I ain’t there yet.”

if i can find the money i'd like to take her away for the weekend, nice hotel, dinner, spa, shopping, picnic in the park, nice relaxing views, my mum does absolutley everything for my dad and my brothers at home, never goes anywhere because me dad gets stroppy and none of them ever remember her birthday or anything and i think she deserves the break and a bit of time to herself and to be spoilt

I'll make a card for her (even at my age she appreciates that so much more) but it'll be a cross stitch rather than crayons. Then a trip to the garden centre for lunch - no men allowed!

Mum lives in Mallorca so I can't treat her on Mother's Day, but when she comes to stay she is spoiled rotten with breakfast in bed and personal shopping assistant! @WrightyH

My mum has had one hell of a year so I'm going to spoil her rotten. My sister and I are going to turn up unannounced in the morning with croissants, cooked breakfast, cereal and juices to give her the option to eat whatever she wants. We are then treating her to a shop, a country pub lunch and then a stroll along the beach. Later we are going back with a girly DVD and a bottle of champagne. It's a fraction of what she deserves!
